Dr Chris Moy is a GP working in Adelaide with a long standing involvement in the areas of aged care, end of life decision making, palliative care and digital health at both state and national levels

He is a former member of the Expert Advisory Group of the SA Advance Care Directives Review and SA Health End of Life Working Group- which developed the Resuscitation Plan-7 Step Pathway currently being implemented across health in South Australia. He participated in the development of the GP Partners GP Palliative Shared Care Model and he is the current Chair of its Operations Consultative Committee. He is a member of the SA End of Life Care Strategy Program Board.

Chris has been involved over many years in the development of the My Health Record, on which advance care planning documents can now be uploaded by individuals, and he is currently a member of the My Health Record Expansion Program Steering Group of the Australian Digital Health Agency

He is the current Chair of the Adelaide PHN Central Adelaide Clinical Council and a GP Clinical Editor for South Australia Health Pathways

He is the current Chair of the Ethics and Medico-legal Committee of the Australian Medical Association.
