This is our learning website which offers health and care professionals, students, substitute decision-makers, and individuals and their family the opportunity to study advance care planning.
You are able to complete one or more learning modules and at the end of each module you will be able to access a certificate of your learning. The modules are provided free of charge.

Introduction to advance care planning for health and care professionals
This webinar builds your knowledge and confidence in having advance care planning conversations.
You will gain the skills you need to start and document advance care planning conversations. We walk you through how to approach the conversation and access forms, explain the legal requirements and the role of the family.
The webinar is open to anyone working in health or aged care, no previous advance care planning knowledge is required. We provide a certificate of attendance for CPD points.

Are you looking to upskill in advance care planning and use your knowledge to educate others? This webinar will give you the knowledge and skills you need to become an advance care planning facilitator.
