Dr Chris Moy is a GP working in Adelaide with a long-standing involvement in the areas of aged care, end-of-life decision-making, palliative care and digital health at both state and national levels.

Chris was previously the Federal AMA Vice-President and, prior to this, was Chair of the Federal AMA Ethics and Medico-legal Committee for 4 years.

He is a former member of the Expert Advisory Group of the SA Advance Care Directives Review and SA Health End of Life Working Group - which developed the Resuscitation Plan-7 Step Pathway currently being implemented across health in South Australia. He participated in the development of the GP Partners GP Palliative Shared Care Model and he is the current Chair of its Operations Consultative Committee. He is a member of the SA End of Life Care Strategy Program Board.

Chris has been involved over many years in the development of the My Health Record, where advance care planning documents can now be uploaded by individuals. He is currently a member of the My Health Record Expansion Program Steering Group of the Australian Digital Health Agency.
