The event planning, content and proceedings are at the discretion of the organisation and/or individuals hosting the event. Please contact them directly for further information or questions. ACPA will present webinar events during National Advance Care Planning Week, which are hosted and run by ACPA with our ambassadors, volunteers and affiliated partners.

National Advance Care Planning Week, 20 – 26th March 2023
Join Tracey from EOL Bucket List and Bec from You n' Taboo for an interactive and informative workshop. Together we will explore Advance Care Planning, Directives and review the new Tasmanian Advance Care Directive form. Resources will be provided.
