Have you wondered about how to have a voice in your future health care? What about planning for a time when you may not be able to communicate or make decisions for yourself? 

Register here for our free National Advance Care Planning Week webinar on Thursday 23 March 2023 to learn about all things related to advance care planning. Our experienced Volunteer Community Ambassadors Catherine Kelly and Kate Puls, will cover how to appoint someone to make decisions on your behalf, and how to share your plan with your family. You will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions to be answered live during the webinar. One not to miss!
