Advance Care Planning Australia presents a series of webinars to guide aged care and primary care professionals through the fundamentals of advance care planning and palliative care. If you didn't catch the webinars live, you can watch the recordings on your own time.

At the end of the webinar series you will:

  • be familiar with the principles of advance care planning
  • understand how advance care planning can benefit the people you care for
  • examine ways on how you can integrate advance care planning into the care you provide.

Topics include communication, diversity, grief and loss, recognising when a person’s condition is changing and how to assist people with planning for their current and future care.
