Health professionals: ACP for people with reduced decision-making capacity (Webinar)

This short webinar provides an overview of advance care planning for people living with reduced decision-making capacity. The webinar includes information about having the conversation, supported decision-making, completion of advance care planning documents and decision-making at end of life.

Our expert panel will include General Practitioner Chris Moy, and our own National Program Manager, Education, Rebecca Taylor.
