As part of National Advance Care Planning Week 2023, join a free one-hour webinar to help you learn about advance care planning. Advance care planning can involve talking about and writing down what future medical treatments and care you would, or would not, want.  

This webinar and Q&A will be tailored for people living with dementia, their families and carers, and will explore how to effectively prepare and plan for future healthcare decisions. A collaboration between Advance Care Planning Australia and Dementia Australia, the webinar will feature an expert panel including Dr Craig Sinclair, Dr Dimity Pond and Dementia Advocates Ann Pietsch and Heather.
