Our free webinar will cover all things related to advance care planning. Our experienced Volunteer Community Ambassadors Jenny Dexter and Catherine Kelly will explain how to plan for your future health care and how to appoint someone to communicate your preferences or make treatment decisions if you're unable to do so. They will also explain how to start the conversations and share your plan with your family. 

You will have the opportunity to ask your own questions during a live Q&A session, or submit questions prior to the webinar during registration.
